                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH 
                   DOMERMUTH ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES RELATIVE TO 
                   THE 1200 BLOCK OF MARKET STREET FOR A 
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED 
                   SIXTY-THREE AND 05/100 DOLLARS ($2,763.05).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into and 
       execute a Contract with Domermuth Environmental Services relative 
       to the 1200 Block of Market Street for a consideration of 
       $2,763.05.
